As our Practice Development Lead, you’ll be a key driver of quality, learning, and professional development across adult social care. You’ll: Champion strengths-based, person-centred practice through robust quality assurance and case file audits. Lead on continuous professional development for social workers, OTs, and social care staff — from ASYE to apprenticeships and beyond. Design and deliver engaging workshops, reflective forums, and learning resources that inspire and inform. Collaborate across Health and Adult Services including frontline teams, provider services, and partner agencies to embed best practice and drive improvement. Embrace digital innovation and new technologies to enhance practice and learning. Support the development of our Social Care Practice Academy and career pathways. What We’re Looking For We’re seeking a qualified social worker with: Extensive experience in adult social care and post-qualifying accredited training. Practice Educator training and a passion for supporting learners. A confident, creative approach to quality assurance, mentoring, and training delivery. The ability to work across boundaries — with operational teams, partners, providers, and residents. A commitment to co-production, inclusion, and continuous improvement. Why Join Us?
