About the Role

Non-Regulated
You will represent the Quilter operational resilience function, working across the company to assess operational resilience risks and implement measures to ensure business continuity. This includes collaborating with the Quilter Crisis Management Centre (CMC) to evaluate the impact of disruptive events and develop testing and remediation plans.
Responsibilities include:
1. Advising on the adoption of the operational resilience framework and methodologies across the business.
2. Conducting analyses to quantify the resilience of processes, technology, and third parties.
3. Providing recommendations for improving operational resilience strategically and tactically.
4. Supporting compliance, reporting, and governance activities related to operational resilience.
5. Designing and delivering resilience testing scenarios with the CMC.
6. Ensuring operational resilience and business continuity are regularly reviewed and maintained.
7. Producing detailed reports for incident review, regulator reporting, and corporate learning.
8. Proficiency in Microsoft IT systems such as Teams, Excel, and Word.
