The Marketing Manager is responsible for the successful management and implementation of the marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on lead generation, brand strength, and client retention. This role owns the coordination and tactical execution of integrated marketing initiatives, ensuring measurable impact and continuous optimisation. There is also an opportunity to recruit a Marketing executive to report to you.
Key duties include:
* Designing, planning, and delivering integrated marketing campaigns including product launches, events, thought leadership, and lead generation
* Managing and optimising digital marketing channels such as website, SEO, paid media, email, and social platforms
* Monitoring, analysing, and reporting on campaign performance and KPIs to improve effectiveness and ROI
* Managing marketing budgets and external suppliers to ensure efficient use of resources
* Collaborating closely with sales, product, and client services teams to ensure alignment
* Protecting and strengthening brand consistency across all touchpoints
* Managing and mentoring team members to build capability and encourage high performance

Job requirements for Marketing Manager This role requires an experienced B2B marketer with strong digital expertise, proven campaign delivery, and the ability to translate strategy into measurable results.
* Proven experience as a B2B Marketing Manager, ideally within SaaS, technology, or professional services
* Strong track record of delivering KPI-driven marketing outcomes, including lead generation and client retention
* High proficiency across digital marketing channels: PPC and remarketing, SEO, email marketing, social media, and website optimisation
* Experience delivering content and events, including blogs, ebooks, reports, webinars, conferences, and video
* Excellent copywriting skills with an eye for design and persona-led messaging
* Strong analytical capability with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
* Experience managing stakeholders, agencies, and suppliers
* People management experience, with the ability to mentor and develop team members
* Hands-on experience with GA4, Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Google Tag Manager, Zapier or similar.
* Experience using marketing automation, CRM, and CMS platforms - Dotdigital, Salesforce, WordPress or similar
* Strong project management and budget management skills
