Teaching Assistant for SEMH Provision &/or Mainstream
We are currently seeking a Teaching Assistant to join the team initially within our SEMH provision at Hunnyhill Primary School. All Teaching Assistants at Hunnyhill School are subject to different placements within their time at the school depending on pupil needs. This is a great opportunity to build your experience within different year groups, working with a named pupil or within our SEMH provision.
To begin with, you will support the social, emotional, and mental health of our provision pupils to help them meet their potential, giving you the opportunity of achieving great job satisfaction in an inclusive, positive learning environment.
You will be patient and reliable, work well in a team that proactively meets each pupil’s needs, and have experience working with children in an inclusive Primary school setting.
The ideal candidate will have a good knowledge of teaching and behaviour strategies and hold a TA Level 2 or 3 qualification.
