What You’ll Do:
1. This is a head office site where senior clients are based, the right candidate must be able to build and maintain relationships at the highest level
2. Deliver services across breakfast, lunch, hospitality, and a coffee shop
3. Work within a talented team of 10 serving up to 700 customers on-site
4. Step in for the head chef during absences, ensuring smooth kitchen operations
5. Assist the head chef in creating, ordering, and compiling weekly menus
6. Share responsibility for daily Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards
7. Maintain excellence in food quality and customer service, ensuring high standards are met
8. Collaborate with the head chef to manage kitchen areas and team performance
What You’ll Bring:
9. Proven experience at Sous Chef level within contract catering, preferably B&I, demonstrating culinary expertise and leadership
10. A passion for innovation, creating remarkable dishes that leave a lasting impression
11. Strong teamwork skills, fostering collaboration with chefs and kitchen staff
12. Adaptability to thrive in high-pressure situations and a fast-paced environment
