An Admin Officer is urgently required to work at Whiteabbey Hospital. This is a full-time temporary position working Monday to Friday, offering £12.75 per hour. The role is initially for a minimum of 3 months and requires an immediate start.
The successful candidate will be responsible for covering reception duties, taking phone calls, meeting and greeting service users, arranging appointments, minute taking, and carrying out general team secretary duties.
Applicants should have good communication and organisational skills and be comfortable working in a busy office environment.

Person Specification
