Senior-level experience in a start-up or fast-moving SME
A strong track record of driving revenue and leading across sales, partnerships, and marketing
Operational depth - confident building processes, managing performance, and navigating complexity
Leadership capability - someone people trust, follow, and are energised by
Comfort with ambiguity and a builder's mindset
Availability to be in Central London 3 days per week
