The Role
You will be recruiting IT professionals across Europe. There is a significant opportunity for a skilled recruiter to elevate their billing. The role is primarily permanent recruitment, with consideration for candidates transitioning from contract roles in relevant markets. The company also has an executive search division for senior-level placements.
The Package
* Basic salary for Senior Recruitment Consultants: £30,000 - £40,000
* Uncapped commission scheme
* Commission of 20% to 30% on earnings above a £6,000 threshold, including existing client accounts

The Requirements
* Proven success in 360 recruitment with client acquisition experience
* Minimum of 2 years recruitment experience
* Experience hiring internationally is preferred
* Currently residing in the UK with reasonable commuting distance to the office
* IT recruitment experience is essential
* Proficiency in using LinkedIn for hiring
* Experience with face-to-face events and community engagement is advantageous
* Willingness to travel within Europe for events and stakeholder engagement
* Ability and willingness to work in the office 4 days per week
