This position supports Dorking Healthcare’s growing data reporting needs and strategic decision-making. As a key member of the Performance Reporting team, the Data Analyst will manage regular reporting outputs, ensure data accuracy, and deliver insights to internal stakeholders and external bodies such as NHS England and the ICB/Commissioner. Key Responsibilities
Maintain and submit datasets for internal and external reporting Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory deadlines Develop new reporting solutions with guidance from the Data & Analytics Lead Conduct ad-hoc data analysis and investigate inconsistencies Produce data quality monitoring reports and apply validation rules Collaborate across departments and ensure quality assurance of all outputs Provide strategic insights to support service delivery and performance Candidate Requirements
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel Experience with Microsoft Access and/or Power BI is desirable Ability to work independently and collaboratively Conscientious and well-organized, with a commitment to accuracy and deadlines Working Pattern
