We have an opportunity for you to join as a Business Analyst for our iiPay business, part of the Global payroll business. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Poland (fully remote) and offers global coverage.
Key responsibilities
* liaise with business partners, clients and statutory agencies to identify system changes arising from new projects and ongoing system enhancements
* produce work proposals with an overview of proposed changes and cost estimates where external sign-off is required
* produce business systems requirements specifications that clearly define how business requirements should be translated into system changes and enhancements
* facilitate communications and knowledge sharing to ensure client needs are understood and met effectively and efficiently
* contribute to the end-to-end software development lifecycle with a focus on payroll or related financial systems
* produce specifications for financial systems, preferably in SaaS and/or cloud environments
* adapt to other roles and responsibilities as required within a rapidly evolving business environment
* manage workload to meet business deadlines and demonstrate a proactive, collaborative attitude
* focus on “what’s possible” and maintain a global perspective across environments
Attributes/Technical Skills
* Prior experience analysing software products and becoming a subject matter expert for products/solutions
* curiosity about industry trends and competitive landscape to ensure requirements reflect current and future state
* excellent verbal and written communication for technical and functional specifications
* fluent in English; analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
* ability to multi-task, manage and prioritize high-priority initiatives
* strong customer service skills and experience working with external clients and internal stakeholders
* strong attention to detail and ability to demonstrate the solution and its value proposition to diverse audiences
* proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel / Word)
* understanding GDPR and data protection considerations
Relevant Experience
* experience with products such as Zendesk, JIRA, MS Teams, Box, Adobe, MS Office
* industry-appropriate qualifications in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or similar are desirable
* additional language skills are a plus given the international nature of the business
