As a Bank Mammographer at our hospital, you’ll bring advanced technical knowledge and the ability to work quickly and accurately. You have a great eye for detail and you’re caring by nature. As well as a BSC degree in diagnostic radiography (or equivalent), you have a postgraduate qualification in an area of specialisation.
As a Mammographer, you will:
* Deliver a high-quality diagnostic imaging service for a varied caseload
* Work with leading practitioners in the department, on the ward and in theatre
* Experience new practices, equipment and facilities
* Develop policies, procedures and junior colleagues
* See each patient as an individual and operate with understanding and empathy
* Provide a service of the highest quality, with sensitivity and compassion

This year, we embarked on phase three of our multi-million-pound refurbishment, adding state of the art equipment like our Mako robotic arm for orthopedic surgery and a new ambulatory theatre. We have a special focus in the areas of orthopedics, spinal surgery, ophthalmology, weight loss surgery and cosmetic treatment.
