Job Title: Models Technical Writer
Location: Onsite in London (3-4 days preferred: Tue/Wed/Thu)
Remuneration: £48.07 per hour (£100,000 per annum)
Contract Details: Temporary (6 months)
Responsibilities:
* Developing Technical Documentation: Create user guides, instruction manuals, and online help that clearly communicate complex technical information. 📝
* Collaborating with Teams: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and subject matter experts to gather essential details for accurate documentation. 🤝
* Creating Audience-Focused Content: Tailor content to meet the needs of diverse user groups, from entry-level users to seasoned professionals. 🎯
* Proofreading and Revisions: Ensure all documentation adheres to brand standards while maintaining clarity and consistency. 🔍
* Managing Documentation Projects: Oversee timelines and prioritise deliverables, working within software development cycles to meet deadlines. ⏰
Qualifications and Skills:
* Experience in technical writing or a similar role.
* API experience
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and specialised tools like MadCap Flare or Adobe FrameMaker. Familiarity with project management tools is a plus. 💻
* Writing Skills: Strong writing ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely.
* Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, organisational skills, and communication abilities for effective collaboration.
* Knowledge of Technical Fields: Experience in information technology, healthcare, or software development is ideal. 🌟
