We are looking to recruit a Cleaning Operative for two of our static sites in close proximity to Eastbourne, BN23 Monday - Friday (Mon, Wed & Fri on one site, Tues & Thur on second site) 9am - 11am 10 hours per week £12.21 per hour What are we looking for? Previous experience in cleaning environment is essential IT literate (use of tablet, smart phone apps) Good communication skills, both verbal and written (English) Core Responsibilities - Cleaning Operative / Cleaner: Dust, damp wipe or wash walls, skirting boards, hand rails, ledges, window sills, radiators, lifts, doors and frames Sweeping floors with brushes or dust control mops Mopping floors with wet or damp mops Hoovering of carpeted areas Emptying waste bins or similar receptacles, transporting waste material to designated collection points Mix cleaning supplies in the correct quantities for safe use Replenish consumable items e.g. soap, toilet rolls, paper towels (if contractual) Clean kitchens, toilets, urinals, hand basins and sinks About Us Just Ask Estate Services (est. 1973), part of the Nexgen Group, is an award-winning provider of professional Cleaning and Grounds Maintenance services to the public and private sectors.
