Real Estate Associate (4+ PQE) – Cheltenham
Our client is seeking a talented Real Estate Associate (4+ PQE) to join their high‑performing Cheltenham team, offering top‑tier “City‑quality” work in the heart of the Cotswolds.
You’ll handle a broad range of commercial real estate matters including landlord & tenant, commercial leases, investment and disposal transactions, and regeneration/development projects. The role sits within a friendly, collaborative team known for its practical, commercial approach and strong client relationships.
What you’ll be doing
1. Managing a varied caseload across commercial real estate and development
2. Advising clients clearly and commercially
3. Drafting and negotiating documents with minimal supervision
4. Supporting business development and client events
5. Working closely with partners and the wider UK/international teams
What we’re looking for
6. England & Wales qualified solicitor, 4+ years’ PQE
7. Experience in regeneration and development transactions
8. Strong communication, organisation and client‑management skills
9. Ability to handle complex title due diligence
10. A collaborative, proactive approach
