* Working as part of a team – collaborating with colleagues in People Support, Central Services and the Business Units to support our people in all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
* Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and maximising the use of HRIS to improve the service provided to our customers – using the internal Workday system to manage all employee data and improve self-service for customers.
* Ensuring compliance with all legislative requirements – being well versed in UK and Polish legislation and employment best practice, with a drive to maintain and develop this knowledge.
* Participating as a member of the People Support Team – sharing good practice and knowledge, resolving common issues and ensuring consistency.
* Supporting our global business – understanding global nuances in different locations and embedding these in processes to ensure global service is delivered to a high standard.
* Performing adhoc project and administration duties – taking part in project and adhoc administration tasks as required.

Minimum (essential) requirements

* Demonstrable experience in implementing, managing and improving an HRIS system.
* Proficient in the use of the MS Office suite of software.
* Proven ability to work as part of a team, including working in a multi-disciplinary function.

Desirable
