💥 What you’ll be doing:
* Leading large-scale, multi-workstream projects from pre-sales through to delivery
* Owning budgets, timelines, risks, and scope — keeping projects on track without compromising quality
* Driving operational excellence across the studio
* Evolving how we work — improving processes, scalability, and efficiency
* Spotting opportunities to introduce AI and automation into production workflows
* Acting as a go-to leader for Producers, mentoring and developing the team (perm + freelance)
* Supporting hiring, onboarding, and training of production talent
* Creating a positive, high-energy team environment where people feel supported and motivated
* Collaborating across teams and clients to ensure clear communication and smooth delivery
* Contributing to wider studio success through resourcing, knowledge sharing, and best practice
