* Maintaining documentation, records and governance materials for audit readiness.
What We're Looking For
* Strong understanding of regulatory standards and compliance frameworks.
* Experience developing policies and translating regulations into practical processes.
* Ability to conduct audits, risk assessments and investigations with professionalism.
* Excellent communication skills, able to influence both technical and non?technical teams.
* Detail?oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem?solving abilities.
* Confidence advising leadership on compliance risks and required mitigations.
* (Bonus) Experience with industry?specific (electronic component distribution) standards or certification frameworks.
