This is a full-time position offering:
A 48-hour working week
No early starts structured days, respectful hours

Youll need a strong foundation in chocolate work from tempering and moulding to hand-finishing and production as well as an appreciation for detail and quality.
This role suits someone creative, calm and consistent who takes pride in their craft and understands the standards expected at a premium level.
Were looking for someone with:
Proven experience working in a professional chocolate kitchen, high-end patisserie or production unit
Confident skills in tempering, moulding, enrobing, ganache work, and hand-finishing
Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain consistent quality under volume
A calm, collaborative nature and pride in their craft
The right to work in the UK
