Are you a psychology graduate looking to make a real difference in the lives of young people?
Whether you're exploring a career in educational psychology, clinical work, or SEN teaching, this is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands‑on experience supporting children with special educational needs (SEN) across a range of specialist settings.
We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistants to work in a variety of specialist schools and provisions throughout Berkshire.
This includes:
* Special schools, alternative provisions, and inclusive mainstream units
* Working with students with needs such as ASD, SEMH, MLD, PMLD, and more
* 1:1 and small group support roles
* Collaborating closely with teachers, therapists, and multi‑disciplinary teams
* Opportunities for both full‑time and flexible day‑to‑day supply work
We welcome applications from psychology graduates who are:
* Passionate about supporting children and young people with SEN
* Patient, empathetic, and resilient
* Eager to learn and develop in a supportive environment
* Experienced in working with children (formally or informally)
* Able to obtain an Enhanced DBS (or already have one)
