The Role We are seeking enthusiastic and caring Teaching Assistants to support our teaching staff and students in the classroom. You will: Assist teachers in planning and delivering learning activities Provide one-to-one or small group support to pupils Help with classroom organisation, preparing resources and displays Support pupils with additional needs, including SEN, as required Monitor pupil progress, provide feedback, and contribute to record keeping Supervise and manage pupils during lessons and break times Promote positive behaviour and a healthy, stimulating learning environment What We’re Looking For A passion for education and supporting children’s learning Good communication skills, patience, and resilience Ability to work flexibly and as part of a team Experience working with children is desirable but not essential GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent) preferred Willingness to undertake relevant training and professional development Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one) Strong organisational skills and attention to detail What We Offer Competitive daily rate (£89-£95) paid through PAYE A supportive and collaborative working environment Opportunities for ongoing training and career progression Term-time working (or pro rata equivalent) Pension scheme and other statutory benefits Apply now All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
