Are you an experienced Receptionist looking for a new opportunity in Shrewsbury?
Winner Recruitment are working closely with a a large Facilities Management service provider who are looking to recruit for a Receptionist within Shrewsbury. The role is full time working Monday : Friday 8am:5:00pm. You will be required to start ASAP.
Responsibilities:
Greeting and welcoming visitors in a professional and friendly manner Answering and directing phone calls and emails Managing bookings, appointments, and visitor sign:ins Handling basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence Maintaining a clean, tidy, and welcoming front:of:house area Assisting other team members with ad:hoc administrative duties Providing excellent customer service at all times
About You
Friendly, approachable, and professional appearance Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organisational and time:management abilities Confident using computers and standard office software Able to work independently and as part of a team Previous reception or customer:facing experience is desirable but not essential
