Technology company is looking to appoint an interim Group Head of Finance for a 12-18 month maternity cover.
Key Responsibilities:
* Reporting directly to & supporting the CFO
* Manage a remote team of 3
* Review monthly management accounts for subsidiaries including all UK & European entities
* Manage cash flow for the Group
* Manage payroll, VAT & taxes for the Group
* Manage audit for the Group
* Lead on commercial business partnering
* Manage budgeting, forecasting & monthly variance analysis
Suitable candidates will be able to demonstrate:
* Good experience of working within SME organisations & PE experience is highly desirable
* Strong excel, netsuite experience is is essential
* Experience of UK taxes & group VAT returns
* Preparation of full management accounts, budgeting, forecasting & variance analysis
* Experience of managing a small finance team as well as integrating with colleagues in other European entities
* Basic multi national consolidations
* Management of group audits
* Technical accounting around due diligence & acquisitions
This role is to commence ASAP (latest in May) & will be hired on a fixed term contract basis as it falls inside IR35 scope. The role is almost fully remote with a day in one of the UK sites each month, most likely London.
