Our client is a leading estate agency with multiple offices located in London. We are recruiting for a Property Administrator to support the Sales and Lettings team to ensure a smooth, efficient service for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the Sales and Lettings team with day-to-day administration
* Upload property and client details to Veco and RPS
* Type and issue valuation/instruction letters and related documents
* Prepare and update property lists, brochures, and window cards
* Assisting with marketing projects, prepare and proof adverts for publications
* Arrange property photography, floorplans and legal documents
* Coordinate monthly gas safety and EICR checks
* Chase certificates and ensure copies are sent to landlords and tenants
* Administer tenancy renewals, including sending initial letters, preparing paperwork and chasing signed documents
Key Skills
* Excellent typing, grammar and proofreading skills
* Organised, proactive, and able to work under pressure
* Confident in meeting deadlines and using your own initiative
* Strong IT skills, particularly with Outlook, Word, and Excel
* Experience in administration or property is preferred
