We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Luxury Jewellery and Watch Sales Associate to join our team at Baker Brothers. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a desire to learn new skills, ability to work well within a team, and respond positively to feedback.


Responsibilities

1. Greet customers warmly and provide an exceptional, personalised service throughout their shopping experience.
2. Assist customers in selecting the perfect jewellery pieces and watches to suit their style and preferences.
3. Educate customers on the features, materials, and craftsmanship of our luxury jewellery and watch collections.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster repeat business and referrals.
5. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring a seamless checkout experience.
6. Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
7. Stay informed about industry trends, new product releases, and competitors' offerings.
8. Maintain the cleanliness and visual presentation of the store to uphold our brand standards.
9. Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.


About You

1. Previous experience in luxury retail sales, preferably in the jewellery or watch industry.
2. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
4. Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
5. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate the needs of the business.
6. Knowledge of gemstones, precious metals, and watch movements is advantageous.
7. A professional and polished appearance, reflecting the prestige of our brand.


Job Types

Full-time, Permanent based in Bedford


Schedule

Monday – Saturday on a 5-day week. Must be able to work Saturdays.

Bedford, UK (Ability to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work)
