Job Description
As a passionate and skilled therapist, you will embody our commitment to excellence through:
* Bespoke Treatments: Perform exceptional face and body therapies, including Hammam and Rasul rituals, tailored to each guest’s unique needs and preferences.
* Elevated Guest Experience: Welcome every guest with warmth and professionalism, provide immersive spa tours, and offer knowledgeable aftercare to extend the benefits of their treatment.
* Luxury Retail & Revenue Excellence: Recommend personalised enhancements and retail products, contributing to revenue targets (7% of treatment value) while ensuring guest satisfaction remains paramount.
* Impeccable Standards: Maintain serene, spotless treatment rooms, upholding all hygiene, safety, and wellness protocols to a five-star standard.
* Team Synergy & Support: Collaborate with spa reception and host teams to ensure seamless operations, and step in wherever needed to uphold the luxury experience.
What We Are Looking For
* Recognised spa/beauty therapy qualifications (e.g. NVQ Level 3, CIDESCO, CIBTAC or equivalent)
* Proven experience in a luxury spa or five-star hospitality environment
* Expertise in holistic therapies, body treatments, and ritual-based wellness experiences
* Passion for wellness, impeccable grooming, and a guest-first attitude
* Strong retail acumen and confident communication skills
