Main duties of the job
We are delighted to be able to offer a fantastic opportunity for a customer focused, friendly and enthusiastic individual to join our flexible cystoscopy booking team. This role is part of the Urology administrative team at University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust (UHS).

Qualifications, Knowledge And Experience
Essential criteria
* Literacy and numeracy skills, demonstrable to GCSE- grades 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4 or grades A*, A, B, C (or equivalent)
* Good keyboard skills and basic computer literacy skills.
* Experience in a busy working environment.
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
* An understanding of confidentiality issues.
* Friendly, approachable and sympathetic manner.
* Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Desirable criteria
* Previous hospital or health service experience.
* Experience of using eCaMIS.
