Our client a respected independent Estate Agency is currently seeking a Property Manager to join their close-knit team in the Bury St. Edmunds area. They are going through a strong period of growth in all aspects of the business, making it a really exciting time to join!
Working Days:
As a Property Manager, you will be required to work on a full-time basis
Our clients are offering the successful Property Manager:
1. Up to £26,000 basic salary

Property Manager requirements:
6. Excellent communication skills
7. Organised and skilled at managing your own workload
8. Confident with a ‘can-do’ attitude
9. Full driving licence & access to own car
10. Property Management experience (at least 12 months)
Key tasks of a Property Manager will include, but will not be limited to:
11. Manage and oversee an allocated portfolio of properties
12. Communicate with Landlords and Contractors regarding properties and any maintenance works required/actions to be undertaken, resolving accordingly
13. Arrange and attend Property inspections, providing feedback to Landlords
14. Making sure all legal compliances are up to date
