Overview
Ward Sister/Charge Nurse role at Ramsay Health Care UK – West Midlands Hospital. This position is for an experienced nurse joining an established team and being part of an exciting journey.
You will deliver exceptional standards of clinical care to surgical patients, working with a dedicated team and directly reporting to the Ward Manager. You will have opportunities to broaden your nursing experience by managing a varied surgical case mix, and you will contribute to service development across the perioperative pathway.
You will use your clinical knowledge to support high-quality patient care and, in the absence of the Ward Manager, run the department. You will foster a positive, blame-free, forward-thinking culture and support staff to meet their goals.
