A day in the life of a Senior Lettings Negotiator at haart Estate Agents in Sutton:
15. Liaising with prospective tenants and arranging property viewings based on their requirements
16. Negotiating offers and agreeing new tenancies
17. Marketing properties to tenants using various marketing strategies
18. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants
19. Supporting the branch in achieving KPI targets
20. Working collaboratively with colleagues and providing support as needed
21. Focusing on generating new and repeat business
22. Canvassing the local area
23. Ensuring properties adhere to health and safety and compliance standards
24. Following all regulatory guidelines to ensure the business remains fully compliant
Essential Skills of a Senior Lettings Negotiator at haart Sutton:
25. Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
26. Ability to work well with others, creating a positive team environment
27. Previous experience within residential lettings
28. A reputation for delivering outstanding customer service
29. Ability to work under your own initiative
30. Strong telephone manner
31. Strong IT skills (basic Microsoft packages)
32. Excellent attention to detail
33. Understanding of current legislation relating to Residential Lettings
