Location - Chesterfield, North Derbyshire (office, site-based, and home working available)
Salary - £35,672 per annum, rising incrementally to £38,592 plus car allowance

Sellick Partnership Ltd are proud to be partnering with a well-established Housing Association to recruit a Repairs and Maintenance Supervisor to join their team on a permanent basis.
About the Role
As a Repairs and Maintenance Supervisor you will manage the trade operatives and be responsible for the operational delivery and commercial viability of the services in the department.
Key Responsibilities
* Be directly responsible for all aspects of developing and supervising the Repairs and Maintenance Operatives.
* Manage the workforce, planning functions, and all associated processes and procedures.
* Liaise with the administration department to ensure the smooth operation of the service.
* Set and monitor operational targets and ensure achievement of performance indicators.
* Assist in managing the service within pre-agreed cost and time parameters.
* Ensure effective communication with tenant and client representatives.
* Ensure operational systems are updated in a timely fashion and produce accurate management reports.
* Work effectively with other Supervisors to provide consistent management of all operatives and contractors.
About You
* Relevant trade background experience
* At least 3 years experience of supervising/managing Operatives
* Strong communication skills
