Your Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager to set and manage the annual ecommerce budget, taking corrective action where neededSupport our retail shops, ensuring alignment with strategic plans and compliance with internal policiesMonitor and evaluate e-commerce performance across platformsOversee ecommerce systems and databases, ensuring data integrity and operational efficiency What we’re looking for: Proven experience supporting remote or multi-site teams, including setting and monitoring objectivesExperience in managing and supporting budgetsStrong understanding of e-commerce operations, ideally within a charitable or voluntary sector contextExcellent customer service and communication skillsStrong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and manage workloads effectively Join us a make a real difference through your digital expertise.
