Part-Time Customer Service Representative

* Main Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality customer service through face-to-face and telephone contact, ensuring that customers receive the best possible experience.
* Process customer transactions and enquiries accurately and timely, adhering to agreed standards.
* Show a 'right first time' approach when working with support units to achieve the best results for customers and the business.
* Use a customised computer system to complete routine administrative tasks, contributing to the smooth operation of the branch.
* Maintain the bank's appearance and dress code at all times to enhance the company brand.
What We Offer:

About the Role:
