We are seeking someone to process orders.
In the role you will be responsible for processing customers orders accurately. Liasing with customers via email and telephone to understand the customers requirements.
Responsibilities
* Process incoming customer orders through our order management system.
* Verify order details for accuracy, including product specifications, quantities and pricing.
* Communicate with customers regarding order status, delivery scheduals, and any issues that may arise.
* Assist in resolving any discrepancies or issues related to orders or inventory.
Skills
* Communicating with customers via email or telephone.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Full training will be given.
