Test Technician – RF / Electronics – £20/hr (Inside IR35) – Onsite (Maidenhead)
We’re looking for a Test Technician to support the production of high-performance RF and communications equipment within a hands-on manufacturing environment.
This role involves testing, fault-finding, and assembly work, ensuring products meet quality and technical standards across the production lifecycle. You’ll be working closely with the production team in a fast-paced, detail-driven setting.
Skills & Experience:
Essential:
* Experience in electronics testing, fault finding, or assembly
* Ability to read and work from technical drawings and schematics
* Understanding of electrical principles (RF knowledge beneficial)
* Comfortable using test equipment and production software
* Strong attention to detail and quality standards
Desirable:
* Experience within RF, telecommunications, or similar industries
* Exposure to ATE testing or module programming
* Experience working in a production or manufacturing environment
Additional Information:
* £20/hour (Inside IR35)
* Full-time onsite (Maidenhead)
* 37.5 hours per week (Mon–Fri)
* Unlimited overtime paid in full
* Hands-on production environment
