Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for an Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will handle day-to-day administrative and clerical tasks, streamline workflows, manage phone and email correspondence, and provide executive administrative support when needed. Additional responsibilities include maintaining organised records, scheduling meetings, and assisting with general office coordination to ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications
* Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to handle scheduling, file management, and office coordination
* Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills for professional interactions with clients and team members
* Experience in Administrative Assistance or comparable support roles
* Detail-oriented with strong organisational and multitasking abilities
* Proficiency in common office software and tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, scheduling tools)
* Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a remote environment
* Experience in a professional or financial services environment is a plus
