Bid WriterDungannon£40-45k Our client based in Mid Ulster has an immediate requirement to recruit a Bid Writer for their commercial team. You will be responsible for bid writing and accurate pricing for Construction bids/tenders for projects throughout Northern Ireland. Key Responsibilities Lead the planning, management, and completion tender submissions across all procurement stages. Draft, write, and coordinate high-quality bid responses that clearly address client requirements Monitoring and updating tender registers and compiling reports, following up on tender submissions Handover of projects, following successful Bid Submitting compliant tenders to meet required deadlines Collating quotations to calculate materials, equipment and labour costs & pricing to maintain a competitive advantage Read tender drawings including taking off quantities manually and using IT software Prepare project tender summary for Board approval Prepare and write compliant bids Requirements Minimum 5 years experience managing construction bids Strong written, communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent time management and attention to detail. Confident working independently and escalating issues when needed.
