The company is offering a mixture of temporary and temp to perm opportunities.
Pay Rate:£12.21 for the initial 12 weeks, a rate increase after the 12 weeks.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
* Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and in-person.
* Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently.
* Process orders, returns, and exchanges while maintaining accurate records.
* Follow up on customer issues to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
* Maintain a strong understanding of our products/services to offer informed support.
* Liaise with internal departments to resolve customer-related issues.
Finance Administration
1. Reconcile customer accounts and follow up on outstanding payments.
2. Assist with daily financial transactions, including invoicing, billing, and expense tracking.
3. Support month-end and year-end financial reporting processes.
