Job Summary
Bank Care Assistant – Casual, part‑time role offering flexible working. You will support older residents with daily living, ensuring they receive the quality care and support they deserve. Responsibilities
* Assist residents with daily living activities, including food and drink.
* Support residents in following their care plans and maintaining routines.
* Provide one‑to‑one companionship and share moments of enjoyment.
* Work flexible hours, covering annual or sick leave as required by the care home.
* Work as part of a team to deliver high‑standard, compassionate care.
Qualifications
* Experience caring for older people is essential.
* Can‑do attitude, excellent communication skills, empathy and compassion.
* Must undergo a Disclosure and Barring Service check.
* Willingness to work varied hours as a bank cover.
