Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time (with hybrid working)
Salary: £80,000 to £120,000 (DOE)
A leading regional firm is seeking a Corporate & Commercial Partner or Senior Associate (8+ years PQE) to join its expanding Bournemouth office. This is a superb opportunity to take a senior role in a growing team within an employee-owned, values-led firm.
The Role
You’ll manage and develop a varied and high-value caseload, including:
* M&A, restructures, and corporate governance
* Commercial contracts and advisory work
* Shareholder agreements and joint ventures
* Supporting business clients across diverse sectors
* Leading business development and client engagement
* Mentoring junior lawyers and supporting team growth
* Contributing to strategic office development
Candidate Requirements
* 8+ years PQE in Corporate or Commercial law
* Strong technical expertise and commercial awareness
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Proven track record of high-value transactional work
* Leadership experience and ability to develop others
* Proactive, solutions-focused approach
* Strong presence in the local or national market
