Due to continued growth, Arthur Recruitment are looking to hire a Senior Consultant to lead on Company Secretarial and Governance Recruitment. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead on a genuinely exciting desk, with the ability to build something special. The position will be based from our Manchester office, recruiting for roles nationwide.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, building relationships with clients and candidates, and ensuring a seamless hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs.
* Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess suitability for roles.
* Manage the full recruitment cycle from job advertising to offer negotiation.
* Provide expert advice to clients and candidates on market trends, salaries, and hiring processes
* Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
Requirements:
* Experience:
Previous experience of the Insurance sector is desirable.
* Previous experience working in Compliance, Risk or Legal Recruitment would be desirable.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to build and maintain relationships.
* Target-driven with a strong work ethic.
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
