An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Plymouth Safeguarding Children Partnership (PSCP) Business Unit as the Safeguarding Support Assistant on Secondment until 1 st August 2026.
This role involves working closely with the Partnership Business Manager to deliver high quality, effective safeguarding support to the PSCP and to make a positive, solution focused contribution towards the achievement of the PSCP vision and objectives.
This post holder will be responsible for the administration and organisation for subgroups of the partnership, maintaining operational systems and procedures to support business requirements and day to day management of projects and activities including the administration of child safeguarding practice reviews.
The post holder will be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications including maintaining and creating Excel spreadsheets, using Word to create meeting agendas with linked attachments and utilising Outlook to create emails, monitor multiple inboxes and maintain calendars.
There is also a requirement to be proficient in Microsoft Teams and have an understanding of AI capabilities and how these can contribute to administrative tasks.
