Role Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Installation Manager to oversee our installations across Scotland. This role involves managing a team of fitters, ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest standards, and maintaining excellent customer relations.
Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate window and door installations across residential and commercial projects. Lead and support a team of installers, ensuring adherence to company standards and safety regulations. Liaise with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly. Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Conduct quality control inspections and ensure compliance with industry standards. Deal with any remedials as required on site. Order parts, ancillaries, and materials from suppliers to support installations. Maintain accurate records of installations and report on project progress.
Requirements Minimum of 3 years' experience in window and door installation management. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Proficiency in project management, scheduling software and Microsoft Office. Full UK driving license.
