We are seeking a Lead Product Manager with deep fraud domain expertise to join a global product organisation. This highly visible role will position you as the Fraud Subject Matter Expert (SME), working alongside senior leadership and product peers to shape strategy, deliver market-leading solutions, and strengthen the fight against financial crime.

What you’ll do
* Act as the internal and external SME on fraud prevention, detection, and compliance.
* Track fraud tactics, regulatory changes, and market trends, and translate insights into product opportunities.
* Shape portfolio strategy and roadmap with a fraud-first lens.
* Collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, and Architecture to deliver innovative, scalable solutions.
* Build credibility with customers, analysts, and industry groups.
* Translate customer pain points into product requirements, epics, and user stories.
* Contribute to pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategies.
* Represent Product in customer advisory boards, industry working groups, and analyst briefings.
* Partner with Sales and Customer Success to support strategic accounts.
* Drive internal enablement by educating colleagues on fraud trends and solution capabilities.
What we’re looking for
* 12+ years of Product Management experience in enterprise software (cloud & on-prem).
* 10+ years as a fraud SME/product manager in a software company.
* Expertise in real-time fraud detection, behavioural biometrics, device intelligence, identity proofing, or transaction monitoring.
* Experience engaging with global financial institutions, regulators, and compliance teams.
* Proven record of scaling B2B product lines, achieving revenue growth, and managing product P&L.
* Knowledge of risk modelling, ML/AI integration, and data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, PSD2).
* Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
* Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and storytelling skills.
