About The Role
This is a full-time, 33‑hour per week Care Assistant position. We offer opportunities for day and night shifts, which can be discussed during the interview.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Care Assistant to support the physical, emotional and social wellbeing of our residents. Under the guidance of a Registered Nurse you will provide personal care such as washing, dressing, hygiene and assisting with meals, as well as help with daily activities in the home.
We deliver care that comes from the heart – ensuring residents never lose their individuality. Whether you support someone with limited mobility, offer comfort to a distressed resident, or provide compassionate end‑of‑life care, you will always put their wellbeing first.
Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. You must recognise signs of abuse, harm or neglect and know how to act. All colleagues receive safeguarding training appropriate to their role and are required to undertake additional training where necessary. You will also seek appropriate advice and report concerns, escalating if action is not taken.
