Your New Role As Strategy & Performance Lead - Repairs, you will play a key role in shaping and driving a high performing repairs service across the Council's housing and corporate property portfolio. Reporting to the Head of Housing & Corporate Repairs, you will provide strategic oversight of repairs activity, ensuring services are performance led, well-coordinated and aligned with wider organisational priorities.
