Job Description
As an V.I.E FP&A Analyst, you will join an international finance team overseeing support functions across Europe & North Africa region within the Premium, Midscale & Economy division. The role is based in London and reports to the Senior Finance Director.
In this role, you will ensure the quality and availability of financial data by maintaining and improving our financial databases and analytical tools. You will coordinate direct cost submissions, support budget owners, and produce reporting that enables accurate and impactful financial performance analysis.
This position offers a great opportunity to develop financial expertise across a €150m cost base, working closely with international teams and contributing to decision-making across Europe and North Africa entities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Technical Support & Reporting
1. Maintain, update, and improve financial databases and reporting tools to ensure data integrity and availability.
2. Partner with FP&A team members to understand data needs and enhance tool functionality.
3. Generate standard financial reports for business reviews and performance monitoring.
4. Transform complex data sets into clear, actionable insights for FP&A analysis.
2. Non Staff Cost Forecast Coordination
5. Structure, validate, and consolidate non staff cost submissions from budget owners.
6. Conduct standardized data consistency checks to ensure accuracy.
7. Produce consolidated views, dashboards, and analytical outputs for FP&A reviews.
3. Process & Documentation
8. Develop, update, and maintain documentation for key FP&A processes.
9. Ensure clear, comprehensive, and up to date procedures enabling smooth handovers.
10. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance processes and data quality.

Qualifications
14. Degree in Finance with strong analytical, accounting, and quantitative foundations.
15. Proven experience in database management and financial reporting, with the ability to work confidently with complex financial data.
16. Advanced Excel proficiency, including data manipulation, modelling, and reporting tools.
17. Strong data management skills and the ability to derive clear insights from large datasets.
18. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and structure complex information in a clear and concise manner.
19. High attention to detail, accuracy, and reliability when working with extensive or sensitive datasets.
20. Proactive, autonomous, and collaborative, with the ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
21. English fluency is essential
