ClearVUE is a UK-based energy and environmental consultancy backed by in-house technology. We support organisations across multiple sectors to reduce emissions, cut energy waste, and deliver on ESG targets through data-led strategies.
Our services combine energy and carbon assessments with long-term reduction planning, all underpinned by ClearVUE.Zero – our proprietary energy and carbon management platform.
We're hiring a Brand Manager to take ownership of the ClearVUE brand across channels and markets. The role is focused on building consistency, improving visibility, and supporting business growth through effective brand management. You'll work closely with teams across marketing, product, and business development to ensure ClearVUE is recognised as a trusted partner in the transition to net zero.
What exactly will you do?
* Own and evolve the ClearVUE brand strategy, tone of voice, and market positioning
* Develop and implement multi-channel marketing plans aligned with commercial objectives
* Ensure brand consistency and quality across all touchpoints: digital, print, events, and partnerships
* Generate qualified leads through integrated, insight-driven campaigns
* Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams to support the buyer journey with relevant content and assets
* Identify and activate regional opportunities including events, partnerships, and co-branded initiatives
* Track, analyse, and report on performance metrics linked to brand growth and international expansion
What we're looking for
* 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within SaaS, technology, or sustainability sectors
* Proven ability to manage both customer acquisition and employer brand campaigns
* Strong foundation in digital marketing, content strategy, and performance measurement
* Skilled in crafting clear, compelling messaging around complex subjects such as energy, carbon, and software
* Confident working cross-functionally with teams across multiple regions and departments
* A self-starter with a creative mindset and strong commercial awareness
* Experience in international or multi-market marketing environments is highly desirable
