Position: Teaching Assistant
Location: OL7, Greater Manchester

Hours: 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday (30-minute lunch break)
Salary: £95-£100 per day

Key Responsibilities for the Teaching Assistant:
* Support a Year 6 class as a Teaching Assistant, assisting with lessons and classroom activities.
* Work 1:1 and in small groups to help pupils with literacy, numeracy, and test preparation.
* Assist pupils with engagement, behaviour management, and emotional regulation.
* Adapt learning materials to support different learning styles as a Teaching Assistant.
* Provide additional classroom support during SATs preparation.
* Collaborate with the teacher and SENCO as a Teaching Assistant to ensure all pupils thrive.
Requirements for the Teaching Assistant:
* Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, classroom assistant, or working with children is desirable.
* A positive, patient, and proactive approach to working with children.
* Ability to build strong relationships with pupils and staff as a Teaching Assistant.
* Commitment to a full-time, long-term role in a primary school setting.
