Commercial Property Partner role based in Birmingham City Centre for a national law firm. Salary dependant on experience and following. This is an opportunity to join a team of entrepreneurial and forward thinking lawyers in the next phase of their growth and strategy plan.
Responsibilities
* Manage your own caseload of real estate transactions and contribute to the growth of the firm\'s commercial property offerings.
* Demonstrate an excellent track record in all areas of Commercial Property law, with depth in development and investment, regeneration work and general commercial property matters.
* As a Partner, lead and mentor junior team members and support more senior colleagues as required.
* Develop and maintain a strong network of clients and referrers who can instruct you on future matters.
* Support the firm\'s growth strategy, including potential lateral hires and strategic expansion in the sector.
* Provide exceptional client care and maintain effective communication with clients and other stakeholders.
Qualifications
* Senior Commercial Property professionals who are either Partners with a following or Senior Commercial Property Associates frustrated by lack of progression and seeking the next step on the career ladder.
* Depth of knowledge in all areas of Commercial Property law, with emphasis on development and investment, regeneration work and general property matters.
* Strong leadership, networking, and client relationship skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
