You will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to elderly residents in a modern and innovative environment. Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as dusting, vacuuming, and changing bed linens. Build strong rapport with residents, staff, and families while maintaining patient confidentiality. Collaborate seamlessly within the multidisciplinary team to ensure residents receive the highest standard of care. Experience Required: Previous experience (either personal or work-based) within adult social care Ability to build positive relationships with residents and the wider team.
